Mindfulness at work
Our half day workshops enable delegates to:
- Gain an understanding of mindfulness principles, and their capacity to improve focus, productivity and memory.
- Consider how we respond to stress, both in our minds and in our bodies.
- Practice some mindfulness techniques and consider how they might be incorporated into daily life.
Short Lunch and Learn Workshops are also available, which briefly introduce the key principles of mindfulness and provide a range of practical tools to build into your working day, enhancing wellness, focus and productivity.
