Mental Health First Aid Training – Online Training

The Online Mental Health First Aid course is based on the Adult MHFA Two Day course content, offering the same learning outcomes, and every person who completes the course will be certified as a Mental Health First Aider.

The course offers a blended approach of individual learning and four instructor-led live sessions. The individual learning and live sessions will be hosted on MHFA England’s Online Learning Hub. Each session is built around the Mental Health First Aid Action Plan.

Everyone who completes the course gets a certificate of attendance to say that they are now a Mental Health First Aider, a comprehensive course manual, a quick reference card and a workbook. PLEASE CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD FULL COURSE INFO

MHFA Refresher course

This half day course offers an opportunity for anyone who has completed a 1 day or 2 day MHFA course, to update their knowledge, refresh their skills, and share experiences with other Mental Health First Aiders. Our online course shares a mix of activities including film clips, case studies, discussions, and skills practice exercises.

About our MHFA delivery...

Our Mental Health First Aid training is delivered by Liz Milligan: Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor, who has been delivering 2 day Adult, Aware and Refresher courses for over 9 years, both in-house and for open course groups. Liz has extensive training delivery experience spanning a 20 year career in a mix of roles and sectors, including many years within services supporting clients with a range of disabilities to maintain employment.
