Lunch & Learn - Mindfulness at Work

This workshop develops awareness of mindfulness with a focus on practical tools and techniques to apply at work. 

Mindfulness can:

  • Reduce stress symptoms and anxiety
  • Improve cognitive function for sustained attention, reasoning and memory.
  • Enhance flexibility and creativity
  • Develop compassion and improve relationships

Session content:

  • How mindfulness works – awareness in the present moment
  • Pressing Pause – developing the space between stimulus and response
  • Taking a mindful break: reducing the impact of stress and creating balance
