Lunch & Learn - Mindfulness at Work
This workshop develops awareness of mindfulness with a focus on practical tools and techniques to apply at work.
Mindfulness can:
- Reduce stress symptoms and anxiety
- Improve cognitive function for sustained attention, reasoning and memory.
- Enhance flexibility and creativity
- Develop compassion and improve relationships

Session content:
- How mindfulness works – awareness in the present moment
- Pressing Pause – developing the space between stimulus and response
- Taking a mindful break: reducing the impact of stress and creating balance
